Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zion Corp LLC ("Zion Corp", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with our website and the NEO VPN application and service (the "Service"). We have written it to be clear and honest about what we do and do not collect.

Our core commitment. NEO VPN does not log your online activity, and we do not sell, use, or disclose your data to third parties for any purpose. We only process the limited data needed to provide, secure and bill the Service.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The data controller is Zion Corp LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia (company number 423360295), 23 B. Lomisadze St., Akhalkalaki, Georgia. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].

2. What we do NOT collect

When you use NEO VPN, we do not record:

  • the websites, domains or IP addresses you visit;
  • your DNS queries;
  • your browsing or activity history;
  • the content of your network traffic;
  • the apps you use while connected.

Our VPN gateways are disposable and do not retain per-user traffic logs. We have no "activity log" that could link your identity to what you do online.

3. What we do collect

To operate the Service, we process a limited set of data:

  • Account & access data. An access key and, if you sign in through Telegram, your Telegram account identifier, used to grant and manage access to the Service.
  • Device & connection data. A device identifier and the technical data needed to establish and maintain a VPN connection (for example, the gateway you are assigned to and connection status). This is used to operate the Service and is not used to profile your activity.
  • Billing data. If you purchase a subscription or access key (for example via the Telegram bot), we keep a record of the purchase. We do not store full payment-card details; payments are processed by the relevant payment provider or app store.
  • Diagnostics you choose to send. If you submit a diagnostic report from the app, it may contain technical information (such as app logs and error messages) that helps us fix problems.
  • Aggregate operational metrics. Non-identifying, aggregate metrics about gateway load and Service health, used for capacity and reliability. These are not tied to your browsing.

4. Why we process it and the legal basis

  • To provide the Service (create your access, connect you to a gateway, manage your subscription) — performance of a contract.
  • To keep the Service secure and reliable (prevent abuse, maintain capacity) — our legitimate interests.
  • To handle diagnostics you choose to send — your consent.
  • To meet legal obligations (for example, billing records) — compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting and payment processing), strictly as needed and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose data if required by a valid legal request, limited to the data we actually hold — which, for your online activity, is none (see section 2).

6. International transfers

NEO VPN operates gateways in several countries. Your connection is routed through the gateway you select or are assigned to in order to provide the Service. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards and process only the limited data described above.

7. How long we keep data

We keep account, access and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Diagnostic reports are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue. We do not keep activity logs at all.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, contact [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
