Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of NEO VPN subscriptions and access keys from Zion Corp LLC.

1. Purchases through an app store

If you bought a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by that store under its own rules. Please request a refund directly from Apple or Google:

We can help guide you through the process, but the store processes the refund.

2. Purchases directly from us

For subscriptions or access keys purchased directly from us (for example through the Telegram bot), the following applies.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Because NEO VPN is digital content that is made available immediately, you are asked to expressly agree, at the time of purchase, that the Service begins right away and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the Service has been provided. Where the Service has not yet been used, you may still withdraw within the 14-day period.

To request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal, email [email protected] with your purchase details. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
