These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NEO VPN application and service and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Zion Corp LLC ("Zion Corp", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Georgia (company number 423360295). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
NEO VPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your connection between your device and our gateway and routes your internet traffic through that gateway. Features, availability and supported platforms may change over time.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 16) to use the Service. Access is granted through an access key and/or sign-in (for example via Telegram). You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the rights of others or distribute malware;
- send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or other users.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on the use of VPN software.
4. Subscriptions, access keys & billing
Some features require a paid subscription or access key. Prices and terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) are billed by that store and are also subject to the store's terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a store-billed subscription through your app-store account. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not log your online activity and do not sell, use, or disclose your data to third parties for any purpose.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location, and connection speeds may vary.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Zion Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
